Otto VPN does not collect, store, or share any personal data. We strictly follow a No-Logs Policy — meaning we do not record or retain:

Device identifiers or similar information. Your online activity through Otto VPN remains completely anonymous and private.

3. Apphud

Otto VPN uses a third-party service — Apphud — to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apphud may process limited technical data (such as product identifiers, transaction status, and subscription duration) solely for verifying and maintaining your subscription. This information does not include any personally identifiable data and is handled in accordance with Apphud’s own Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Payment Information

Otto VPN offers two types of servers: Free servers, available without payment; Premium servers, accessible via subscription through the Apple App Store. All payments and billing are handled securely by Apple Inc. via your Apple ID account. We do not have access to, collect, or store any payment-related data (such as card numbers, names, or billing addresses).

5. Anonymity and Security

All VPN connections are protected with industry-standard encryption. Otto VPN encrypts all network traffic in transit using publicly available cryptographic protocols (TLS 1.3 / AEAD) implemented through Apple’s NetworkExtension framework and the Libbox (sing-box) engine. No proprietary or custom encryption algorithms are used. We are technically unable to identify users or associate any online activity with a specific person. Otto VPN is designed to enhance your security and privacy while browsing online.

6. Crash Data and Analytics

Otto VPN does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or crash-reporting tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar services. Only technical data necessary for Apphud and App Store operations may be processed, and none of it contains personal information.
