1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Otto VPN mobile application owned by Mobby LLC (“Company”). By installing, registering, or using Otto VPN, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application and stop using the service.

2. Purpose of the Service

Otto VPN provides users with a secure virtual private network (VPN) connection designed to enhance online privacy and security. The service must be used only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Otto VPN for any illegal or prohibited activity under the laws of your jurisdiction or international law.

3. No-Logs Policy

Otto VPN strictly follows a No Logs Policy. The Company does not collect, store, or share:

• IP addresses;
• Browsing history;
• Connection timestamps;
• Session metadata;
• DNS queries;

Device identifiers or any personally identifiable data Your online activity through Otto VPN remains completely anonymous and private.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Otto VPN offers: Free Servers – available to all users; Premium Servers – available through paid subscriptions via the Apple App Store. All payments are processed securely by Apple Inc. using your Apple ID account. Mobby LLC does not collect or store any payment information such as card numbers, billing names, or addresses. Subscriptions may automatically renew according to your App Store settings unless auto-renewal is turned off prior to renewal.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Otto VPN is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company makes no warranties regarding:

• uninterrupted service operation;
• availability of specific servers;
• any particular connection speed;
• Session metadata;
• DNS queries;
• compatibility with user devices or software.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• network interruptions or server downtime;
• actions of third parties, hackers, or ISPs;
• any particular connection speed;
• VPN traffic restrictions by governments or network providers;
• misuse or misconfiguration of the app by the user.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Otto VPN for:

• sending spam or conducting DDoS attacks;
• hacking or unauthorized access to networks or devices;
• distributing malware or viruses;
• phishing, fraud, or any other unlawful acts.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.

7. Fair Use Policy

While Otto VPN does not impose strict data limits, it operates under a Fair Use Policy. Excessive or automated usage that creates abnormal network load may be deemed abuse and could lead to throttling, temporary suspension, or account termination.

8. Changes and Updates

Mobby LLC reserves the right to modify the app’s functionality, subscription terms, or this Agreement at any time. Updates become effective upon publication within the app or on the official website. Users are encouraged to review the latest version periodically.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. In case of disputes, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. If not possible, the dispute will be settled by a competent court in the jurisdiction where Mobby LLC is registered.
